Instructions
We are looking for many brands of unopened, unused glucose test strips. We prefer the more popular brands that are currently in use by the largest population of diabetics.
If you or someone you know has an excess amount of any of these brands of strips, we ask you to please donate them. They will not do anyone any good in the trash! Our company will redistribute them to the less fortunate, especially those with minimal or no insurance coverage. If you prefer, we will give you a small monetary reimbursement for your time and effort involved in the donation. Please inquire about our reimbursement amounts here.
Please be sure that any strips donated are not expired and have at a minimum two months left before expiration. Expired strips will not be accepted for any reimbursement. If we receive boxes that are damaged or crushed, we will adjust your reimbursement amount accordingly.
We will typically reimburse you through Paypal. If you absolutely need to have a check sent this is possible also, but we do prefer working through Paypal.
You must include the donation agreement form to be reimbursed. It can be downloaded in PDF or WORD format here. It is a relatively short form. Please read, fill out and sign and date the form and include it in your shipment
